My group was responsible for entering data for the landscape management and biodiversity sections of the assessment. We choose these sections due to some experience working within the department. My partner Mckayla worked in grounds the summer of 2019 and has a good roper with the staff.

The steps that needed to take place were to not only read and gain an understanding of the credit questions, but to contact key people as well. Mckayla being in Pam Morgan’s class was able to obtain the biodiversity questions and due to her work study was able to talk to Shawn regarding the grounds aspect.

In order to organize and implement teamwork we both agreed to use Asana for delegating task work. Once Mckayla gathered the information we both looked over the STARS and imputed the data. In her discussion with the grounds staff she learned that many people need a better education on sustainable landscaping.

We both agreed on what needed to be improved with the grounds department and I took the lead on the case study. In the case study we plan to focus on electric tools for the grounds department.
